We process personal data based on the user’s consent for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.

We do not share any personal data with third parties. 

5. User Data Management

PACE OS is an enterprise application managed by the enterprise subscribing to the service. All user data, including its access controls, updates, and deletes, are managed per the enterprise subscribing to PACE OS.

All user data is handled with utmost care and is strictly access-controlled behind enterprise-grade secure systems.

We do not transfer personal data outside the regional jurisdiction agreed to in contract during onboarding to PACE platform.
