Job Brief
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Client Success professional to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and expand market opportunities. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong sales acumen, and a passion for client success.
Job Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Research potential clients, market trends, and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through various outreach methods (email, calls, networking, etc.).
- Assist in preparing sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
- Maintain and update CRM systems to track sales progress.
- Support in executing sales campaigns and business growth strategies.
Client Success & Relationship Management
- Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Support client interactions, addressing inquiries and basic troubleshooting.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to enhance service delivery.
- Work closely with senior team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Strategic Support & Market Research
- Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams for business alignment.
- Participate in business meetings, webinars, and industry events.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s/Ph.D. degree in business administration, Sales & Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
