We are part of the Huge Thing acceleration program in Poland and it is a key focus geography for Teknobuilt and the company is looking to hire a ‘Client Success Manager’.

Job Brief

Client Success Manager is a strategic and supportive partner for the customers at every stage of the buying process. They’re focused on building loyalty to ensure long-term client retention by presenting product information, addressing customer issues. Client Success Managers are the bridge between Teknobuilt and customer success. They provide support for transitioning prospects into active users, often acting as a go-between with other internal departments within the company, such as productdevelopment, operations, and SME’s.

Job Responsibilities

As a client success manager, you will need to:

  1. Develop Healthy Customer Relationships
  2. Regularly meet and follow up with existing, new and prospective clients
  3. Foster and develop relationships with clients
  4. Onboard New Clients
  5. Build strong, long-term relationships with customers by providing solutions tailored to individual needs.
  6. Maintain a detailed understanding of Teknobuilt’s products and services, assist customers with questions and suggest the best product / services for their needs
  7. Build strong, long-term relationships with customers by providing solutions tailored to individual needs.
  8. Take prospects thru all the sales stages (from enquiry to Purchase order stage) till successful customer onboarding.
  9. Drive customer demos, technical and commercial offer preparation.
  10. Work closely with key stakeholders in Teknobuilt for the success of the deal
  11. Implement policies with internal teams to establish a level of quality customer service
  12. Understand the businesses’ products or services and be able to advise others about them
  13. Represent Teknobuilt – prepare and attend seminars, conferences, and events whereappropriate
  14. Evaluate risk management for each customer and drive retention throughout customer life cycle.
  15. Provide insight and convey the voice of customer with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Technical Support, Operations, Finance and Engineering.)

Qualifications

  • University degree in Engineering,
  • Familiarity in Engineering, Procurement and Construction Projects
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Power Point
  • Client facing roles in sales, project delivery, good communication skills, ability to lead businessdevelopment efforts, support pre-sales and marketing.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer facing roles
  • Proven experience building strong customer relationships and efficiently communicating internaland external voices.
  • Ability to adapt conversations for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – needed for communicating with a range ofpeople, both internally and externally, as well as presentation skills

Skills

A good Client Success Manager must have a thirst for knowledge, the ability to learn quickly and easily grasp the benefits and the use of the software. They should also be able to communicate clearly with customers to create strategies that grow customer base.

Position Type: Contract initially, transitioning to staff position based on performance
