Tanvi’s educational background laid the foundation for a technical career. However, her passion for business development and addressing socio-economic issues led her on a different path. After a stint in public services examinations, she took on leadership roles in functional areas. Her journey with Teknobuilt began when the company was in its infancy, comprising only five individuals. Fast forward four years, she is now at the helm of a team of 50 in one of the most innovative construction and climate tech companies globally.
One of the standout achievements during the COVID lockdown was Teknobuilt’s expansion into Korea. Despite the challenges of the pandemic, Tanvi and the CEO successfully established local operations, won clients, and led project kick-offs in person. This highlights her unwavering commitment and ability to navigate cultural challenges as a woman leader in some regions and industries.
